By accessing or using the Miles Scout service at milesscout.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including drivers and carriers.
Miles Scout provides an AI-powered load-matching and dispatch assistant ("Miles") for independent truck drivers. The service includes outbound AI calls to notify drivers of available loads, inbound AI calls for load inquiries, load board integrations, and a driver management portal.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or operate as a licensed motor carrier to use the driver features of this service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Miles Scout offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are provided at our discretion. To cancel, contact [email protected] or use the cancellation option in your account settings.
Miles is an AI assistant and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any load information. Load details are sourced from third-party carrier boards and may change without notice. Miles Scout is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from reliance on load information provided by the AI agent. Always verify load details directly with the carrier before accepting.
By providing your phone number and enabling call features, you expressly consent to receive automated AI-generated calls from Miles Scout at the number provided. You may opt out at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or by contacting support.

All content, branding, software, and AI models associated with Miles Scout are the property of Miles Scout and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miles Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, missed loads, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
